MobileWALK is a navigation app especially designed for pedestrians.
Usage of MobileWALK is free of charge.
Note: An Internet connection from your cell phone is necessary for using MobileWALK (roaming and other telecommunictation charges may apply).
This light version offers you positioning using GPS and the integrated utilities "Carfinder" and "Address Search."
MobileWALK has the following functionality:
• Maps and routing for Germany.
• Maps in various formats: Standard, aerial view, and hybrid (a combination of standard and aerial view).
• "Address Search:" Searches for an arbitrary address and determines a route.
• "Carfinder:" Sets the position of your car and helps you find the way back to it.
• The "Follow Position" feature shows where you are, even as you walk.
• The combination of "Follow Position" and Routing allows you to determine where you are in relation to your route.
The app is also available in German and allows you to switch between the two languages.
